How do you get your own picture where your avatar goes??
I have an yahoo avatar as my pic. I want my real picture.... how do i do that???

I think you have to add a Yahoo 360 account. Once you have that, you have to get a Flickr account. You sign up for one (www.flickr.com). Then you can upload photos to this account. The reason for this is that Yahoo is closing it's Yahoo Photos section and supporting Flickr instead, so they are not taking new photos at Yahoo Photos. After you do all this, go to your account settings and edit your Profile to add the photo.
