Swimming Or Running?!


Question: Swimming Or Running!?
What is best to lose a gut and man boobs, and bulding some muscle!.!.!. im leaning towards swimming because:
It uses arms and legs
I can do it much longer than running
Easier on joints

swimming when used as the sole form of exercise on average is not optimum for fat loss!. swimming does not have the appetite suppressing effect that running has!. it tends to stimulate the appetite so a lot of people just make up for the calories lost after exercise!.

it's best to run and swim!. swimming and resistance training would be even better for fat loss and/or weight management!.

Swimming is better for your excercise!. It is better because it requires almost every muscle in your body to move!. Also it is better because you have much more resistance that requires you to move as compared to running where you have little resistance!. It also almost always keeps you cooled off, so you don't have to worry about heating up!. Plus it is a really vigorous and if you can do that for a long period of time, then you have a long period of vigirous exercise!.

But running is also a great way to exercise, especially uphill!. It is like a universal exercise that you can do almost anywhere at any time!. It also requires a lot of muscle and endurance to be able to run for a long period!. It is a great thing to run!.

So, I recommend swimming if you are only doing one of the two, but doing both is great exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

running will definatley trim you down quicker, help you lose the belly very quickly!.!. running is a better ab workout than most any other thing you can do!.!.!. swimming would be a good choice for after you've lost the fat, to build and tone your body!.!.!. but you should definatley run firstWww@Answer-Health@Com

Running will probably show quicker results since it leans more than build muscle like swimming might!. But swimming wont stretch out your skin (man boobs) like jogging will by going up and down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
