you don't!. It is quite possible to starve to death in bed, although I doubt you would sleep through it!. you "get fat" when you take in more calories than you use/immediately need!. Your body wisely stores the extra calories as fat (a very energy dense fuel source)!. However if someone is sleeping alot they aren't exercising and therefore they aren't burning any extra calories at that time!. Also some symptoms of hypothyroidism can be weight gain and excessive sleepinessWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's usually a combination of eating and then sleeping without first allowing your body to use the fuel taken in, which will lead to weight gain!. Sleep is a regenerative phase for our body,so in asking it to use large amounts of fuel during sleep,we are forcing our body out of its natural function!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Output gets reduced compared to the input!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

You don't really get fat unless you eat right before you sleep!. If you do this, the food you consume will mainly be converted to fat as it is not used!.

You don't get fat from sleeping to much!. You burn more fat sleeping than you do sitting and watching tv!. And thats a fact!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
