2 mile run a day
plus additional excerzize for an hour at the most
Monday dance class for an hour
tuesday tennis class for an hour
1 30 of soccer for an hour on saturday
sometimes 700 jumping jacks
and 200 crunches
how long will it take to lose ten pounds!?
Person expiementing on weighs roughlyy 110 pounds and is 5'1

Bsed upon the info you provided and, and the assuming that you stick to the plan, my estimate is that you will be in a deficit of about 1300 calories a day, so for 10 pounds that makes it about 28 days, unless you are just starting this and get a little boost from that, which could bring it down to about 22 days!.
btw, 1200 calories is definitely OK, in my unprofessional opinion since I am much larger than you and have done as much or more exercise on less!.
but really, 5'1" and 110#!? that really is pretty close to perfect anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
