Question: Is this a good diet plan!? plEASE!!?
(i posted one of these lats week, but i changed it up now)

Breakfast-
Special K (110)
Fiber one bar(140)

Lunch-
Chicken on whole wheat bread (150 cals)
4 Dried prunes (100 cals)
Mini box of raisins(45)
100 cal pack

Snacks-
Fruits, veggies
Sugar free rice pudding(90)
yoplait fat free yogurt (100)

Dinner-
w!.e my mom makes that's healthy!.!.usually between 190-500 calories!.

I do about 1 hour or more of cardio per day like the treadmill, bike riding, and walking my dog!.
I also do 15-20 minutes of ab work!.
Will doing this help me tone and get rid of fat anddd get to 120 pounds by June 12th!?

A few tips!.!.!.!.dont sunstitute real fruit for dried versions!.!.!.!.because the water in fresh fruit is good for you especially in the summer!.!.!.also up your water intake to 10 glasses of water a day or jjust carry a giant water bottle around with you every where you go!.!.!.!.also everything else sounds fine but opt for organic yogurt if you can and instead of rice pudding try pretzels insteand and just have a bol of cereal instead of the bar and dry cereal!.!.!.take it easy at night !.!.!.!.most of your calories should be consummed during the day not at night!.!.!.so salad and some protein is really good!.!.!.!.dont go nuts you are technically underweight for your age and height so be careful!. You probably look great in everything you try on just focus on healthy versus calories and how much you weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com
