My daily food intake?!


Question: My daily food intake!?
breakfast I eat a small bowl of cereal with skim milk
dinner i eat either have a chicken salad or turkey wrap with honey mustard on both!.Thats all i eat
how many calories is this and is it healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com

The dinner could be healthy although you haven't stated how much chicken or turkey you are using and how it is cooked (fried, grilled, etc)!. The breakfast depends on what type of cereal you are eating - is it a sugary kids type cereal!? If so, you have a breakfast with a lot of refined carbs and very little protiens!.

The other thing that you have left out to give an idea of how far you meal plan is out is your specifics - male/ female, weight, height, build, activity level, etc!.

Your body need a base amount of nutrients just to perform bodily functions!. Look up basal or resting metabolic rate and this will give you an idea of what you will need as an absolute bare minimum!.

The last person who answered is probably right - sounds like 500 calories to me too!. You need to eat more!. Your metablism is storing all that food because you are almost starving yourself!. Try adding a bananna to your cereal in the morning!. Bring a little baggie full of mixed nuts to work and eat that for a mid morning snack!. For lunch have a salad, wrap, turkey sandwich with an apple or a glass of milk!. If you are too full after the wrap or whatever you eat save the apple for a mid afternoon snack!. Keep eating what you are eating for dinner but maybe ad a glass of milk with it!. That should boost your metabolism and give you a healthier weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all, reduced fat dairy products are not as good as whole!. Many of the nutrients are stripped away with the fat!.
Also have some protein with breakfast, some sort of soy sausage or something!.

eat lunch!. I don't care what your job is, you have time to eat!.

unless you are laying on your *** all day, and not even getting up to take a piss (which I seriously doubt you are) that is probably not enough calories, or nutrients for your body!. take a few hours and research healthy eating, take a multivitamin in the morning, have fruits every day along with grains, proteins, and vegetables!. It doesn't have to be perfect, but just try introducing a little more variety into your diet!. Take snacks to work and eat every few hours!. this will actually boost your metabolism and make you have more energy!.

I generally feel that if you don't think you're eating enough, you're not!. If you have to ask, you already know the answer!. If you are trying to lose weight, keep in mind that too few calories in a day cause you to burn your body's muscle!. This will seriously slow your metabolism because muscle burns fat!. You will not automatically get the muscle back, you will have to work out a lot and eat more to break even again!. Focus on protein and vegetables!. Don't give up carbs completely, but make sure they are BROWN, ie!. whole wheat and other whole grains-no white bread or tortillas, etc!. A good rule to live by is eat as much as you need to not be hungry anymore and as often as you feel hunger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you're a female at about 125 lbs you should be eating close to 1800-2000 calories!.!.!. if you're a male at 175 lbs you should be eating 2500 calories a day AT LEAST for both!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

It's healthy, but you should be eating a lot more!. It's probably around 500 calories!. Your metabolism is going to slow down a lot and you need to eat fruits and vegetables too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
