Question: Please help with weight loss!!?
i go to the gym every morning and on monday tuesday and fridays i do a circtus training (2 minutes hard on cardio, 2 sets of 20 different weight things 8 times) and then on days i dont do that i do a spin class for 30 minutes!.!.!.i eat about 1400 calories a day!. i should lose weight right, the thing is is im not! what am i doing wrong!Www@Answer-Health@Com

there could only really be a few possibilities:

1) you're unknowingly snacking throughout the day adding to your calorie total!.

2) I'm not sure how big you are, but 1400 calories a day for someone, besides a 7 year old weighing 75 lbs, should be eating that little!. You've most likely scared your metabolism into slowing down!. Try eating more like!.!.!.!. 2000 a day!.

Also, it may take time to see results!.!.!. often, for the first month, you dont see too much loss then it comes off pretty quickly!.!.!.

Also, if you've been doing the same routine for a while you may have plateud (your body gets used to the same exercises day in day out)!. Visit a trainer for a day and learn some new moves!

If you continue to eat the same amount of calories day in day out then you're metabolism gets used to it and you can either gain weight or become stuck on your current weight!. Try eating a range!. 800cals one day, 1000the next, then 1200, then 1400, and then repeat!. And adjust it slightly after you have done it twice!. Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem as you!. I just increased my water intake!. You would be surprised at the difference water will make!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
