I want to start working out but have a collapsed lung?!

Question: I want to start working out but have a collapsed lung!?
i have had a collapsed lung my entire life (it pretty much gave up when i had asthma as a child)

i play netball and sometimes get a tightness in my chest nd find it slightly hard to breathe, but nothing to extreme!.
as i said i have had this my entire life and its all normal to me!.

my question is, can i go ahead and do any workout regime or should i be more conscience of only having one lung to rely on!?

or is it possible it may have repaired itself!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I would say that you need to start out slower than people who have 2 functioning lungs, but once you adapt you should be fine with anything!. As long as you know your limits - ie when to rest and when to stop!.

Maybe extreme mountaineering would be a bad idea (like climbing Mt Everest), but for your usual workout regimes would be OK!.

Just to be sure, check with your doctor first xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

If u learn and practice Pranayam, it will help u with collapsed lungs!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
