Which flavor of Slim Fast keeps you full the longest?!


Question: Which flavor of Slim Fast keeps you full the longest!?
In your opinion, which flavor will keep you full the longest, because they don't really fill me up that much!. And if they do, it's only for an hour or two max!.
Maybe it's because I'm a 14 year old boy and we eat a lot, but I want to find something healthy that fills me up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok so listen to me on this k!?

Slimfast is loaded with crap!. Sugars!.!. crap!. Dont try to stay full longer, just eat more meals (but smaller)!. I did an ALL slimfast diet for a week and I honestly thought I was going to die!. Not because of hunger, not because I wanted to eat, but because my heart started hurting and I couldnt function properly!. I was sleeping 14 hours a day and couldnt even get through a 5 min work out at the gym (and i'm used to doing over an hour)!. Granted I SHOULD NOT have had ONLY slim fast at every meal (i had about 5 shakes a day to keep my calories up) but still!.!.!. from what it did to me it just makes me realize that all those bars and shakes are is full of bad stuff for your body!.

Consume good calories!.!.!. lean meats, vegi's and such!.!.!. not slimfast!. Anyways your a boy and your a teen!.!.!. if the other teen guys saw you drinking a slimfast they'd prob laugh their heads off!.!.!. my friends did with me!.!.!. so yea!.!. just say no to slimfast ;)

Well new studies have shown that there is no difference between 3 meals and 6 meals as far as raising metabolism!.!.!. it just helps control hunger so you wont binge!.!.!. so that's why I suggested it!. I personally eat 3 meals a day!.

So try this:

Breakfast: omlete with vegi's or oatmeal and piece of fruit or cereal
Lunch: whatever is at school
Dinner: something healthy that is filling!.!.!. lean meats, vegi's, rice, etc!.
Then eat a snack after dinner!.

Just seriously!.!.!. dont drink slimfast!!! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
