Help me with my weight [thighs|butt|stomach]?!


Question:

Help me with my weight [thighs|butt|stomach]?

I'm 15
5'2
102 pounds.
small body frame
lets just say I have way more muscle than fat.
I do a litttttle exersise, like 100squats|100 seatsquats|50situps|50straight... or whatever just about every night.

I'm having a problem with my butt&thighs....instead of slimming, they are getting bigger why is this?!

& what kind of exersise can I do to work out the lower stomach/bladder area?

I'm very...well....sensitive about this, I always think about going anorexic, going on water diets. I weigh myself about 7 times a day && I worry myself sick.I'm always looking into mirrors & putting myself down for looking&feeling so fat D: sounds like I'm flirtingw/ anorexia but I just don't know...I know it wouldn't be a good idea becuase I have gerd....

you are absolutely not fat at all! i am your hieght and weigh 10 or 20 pounds more than you (couple years younger) and am skinny. You aren't fat at all. your thighs are getting bigger becuase you are building muscle by working out. "lets just say I have way more muscle than fat", well muscle wieghs much more tha fat, so you are probably extremely skinny. throw the scale out the window, no matter how expensive it was. LITERALY THROW IT OUT THE WINDOW. without a scale you won't know how much you weigh. you might go crazy for a bit, but you need to try and stop worrying about how much you wiegh and more of are you healthy. you can still workout, but don't go insane about it. would leg lifts help the lower stomach? try and realize that no matter what you wiegh or how big your thighs are, you are beautiful. weight and skinniness isn't important at all. just think about it. all those people in magazines that look skinny and beautiful don't look like that at all. i hope you change your frame of mind. it will be hard to, but you can do it if you try hard. good luck.
