I got a free text message lol with tips for the first week

the second week I got a craving calculator! It changes your craving into a healthy substitute!


For me when I crave chocolate I have sugar free hot choclate!
And when its hot I put a pack in the blender with ice and if you need it splenda! A nice chocolate frosty! Its like 25 calories!


Some safe food to keep around:

celery
pickles or cucumber
herbal tea or green tea
