This is gonna sound stupid, But can anyone give me some Yoga Moves?

I just want to know some yoga or pilates exercises I can do, I don't want to buy a book or DVD or anything, I just want 2 know some exercises

Yogabasics.com is a great site. It has descriptions and pictures for a lot of yoga moves. I started doing yoga three weeks ago using the info on that site and I have lost one dress size so far. At the top of the page click on practice and then on yoga postures and it will give you hundreds of moves good luck, jen
