Volleyballl and other sports help???!!!!!!!!?

so i am about 5'8 and i jus recovered from a knee injury b4 skool was out and i got out of shape and now i weight 146 pounds and my playing weight is like 130 or 129 and i am lazy know i cant do pushups with out gettin out of breath and i dont kno how to recover and i need to get in shape b4 august comes becasue i have try-outs and im a freshman so i have to prove that an injury dosen't hold me down .and i reaally am thinking i wont make it and i want to can any body help me lose weight and tone my body bac and help me get the endurence i once had back????HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Start of by swimming. This will be gentle for your knees and will improve your cardio fitness (which will burn calories). Try not to focus to much on actual weight but more on how your body fells and looks as muscle weighs more than fat so you may gain weight after training.

To get you motivated again try a class. It doesn't have to be an aerobics or spinning class. Try dance or trampoling or even hula hooping. The more fun your workout is the more lickly you will be to stick to it.
