Supposidly losing weight is a mathematical equation but, I follow a different set of guidlines!. Eat as many fresh fruits and veggis as possible!. Try to consume only lean proteins such as chicken and turkey, peanut butter is okay on occasion, good after a long workout!. Exercise is key - even if it is only walking!. Walk 30 minutes a day rain or shine!. Cut out all alcohol and desert!. If you need desert eat a lowfat pudding cup or a glass of low fat chocolate milk!. That way you are still getting nutrients!. Hope that all helps!. Remember everything in moderation - portion sizes are crutial!. Too much of anything, even healthy food, will keep the extra pounds on you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its a scientific fact that consuming less calories leads to weight loss!. But make sure you are eating the right foods; lots of fruits & vegetables; whole grains, dairy, water, etc!. The sugar content in some fruits is high, but its a better kind of sugar than the ones you find in candy, soft drinks, etc!. If trying to lose weight, I would focus on the correct foods first, then examine ways to lower my calorie content!.

I love Starbucks lattes, but they are loaded with calories!. Some ways I reduce the calorie content is: skipping the whip cream, using soy milk instead of dairy, or getting a smaller size!. There's also sugar-free syrup!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, one remains engrossed in the process of counting and stops enjoying both food and life!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.
