Can losing weight cause your skin to jiggle?!

Question: Can losing weight cause your skin to jiggle!?
I jump on the treadmill for about 90 minutes everyday!. I walk 2 sessions for about 30-45 minutes each session!. I burn about 500 calories doing so every day!. Ive done this since January!. I went from 265 to currently 243!. My thighs used to be solid hard, now today after I got out of the shower, I would jiggle my thighs and legs and my thighs would jiggle alot!. Also my biceps look slimmer and my legs look slimmer!. My love handles are slimmer to when I stand up and feel them!.

My body structure is way different than a normal person!. I have a very wide big boned frame!. My whole family on my dads side is like that!. We have alot of muscle mass!. My shoulders are really wide but it isnt fat!. Its just bone and muscle and some fat on my triceps and biceps!. I have a very skinny face, neck line!. But my body is huge, not really fat, but I do have a big stomach and its going down!. My stomach is jiggly also and I can suck it in more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Great job! Are you just walking or are you doing any strength training!? You might just need to work on pumping some iron to get some muscle tone!.!.

Some people want to wait to do strength training after they lost the weight but switch up one of your walking sessions for strength training (at least 3 days a week) and you'll see a big difference is about a month! Then it just keeps getting better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Losing weight while exercising its not going to cause your skin to jiggle on the contrary you will get muscle!. Make sure that you take a break regularly from working out so that you dont get sore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
