Good Exercise?

I have being doing this for only a short time. Will my body become more toned and lose weight if i follow this routine? 20mins on stepper 20 pushups 20 situps i increase this every 2 days by 5. 20mins on a trampoline then streching. I do this in the morning and evening 1 hour before breakfast and 1 hour after dinnerHow many calories do you reckon this burns?

Not sure how many calories it burns, but it sounds like an excellent routine for losing weight and toning muscle. Exercising before breakfast burns more fat (as there are less carbohydrates, they get used up overnight for energy). It's good to see you increasing the number of push ups and sit ups too. If you stick to the same amount, even for a short period, you'll adapt and get no benefit out of them.

Don't expect to see results immediately, but if you stick to this in a month you will definitely see a difference. Everything is right.
