Question: Loose 10 pounds and 3 inches!?
ok, i'm 95 pounds right now (i'm rreeallllyyy short so i'm not anorexic or anything, i'm chubby)!.

i want to loose 10 lbs and 3 inches off my waist, stomach, and hips!.

what excersizes should i do and what should i eat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

running, sit ups, wall sits, lunges!.
holding yourself in a push up position actually works your arms AND your core (stomach)
you can also do sit ups with your legs up to work your stomach more!. and when you go up, twist to one side, go back down, back up, and twist to the other!.

eat healthy!.
snack less, cut down on the junk food and sugary drinks!. drink a lot of water to stay hydrated!. if you want to snack on something, fruit, yogurt or a granola bar is good!.
cereal is good for breakfast!. or some toast and margarine or jelly!. salads are good too!. and i think lean cuisines are tasty and healthy :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!.
