Need help with a weight loss sum?!


Question: Need help with a weight loss sum!?
If i eat 1200 calories and burn 1500 calories in exercise does this mean I actually burn 2700 off per day!? Or just 300!? ( 1200-1500= 300) I know this may be a bit hard to understand but help would be much aperiated!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depending on your sex, weight and height an average adult something between 1500-2500 calories from just living!. If you work off 1500 (which is an awful lot - did you do a marathon!?) you will have probably burn around 3500 calories (very rough estimate)
now how much energy did you consume in food!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
