I think you should try eating more and more everyday so you gradually get healthier and don't damage your body

The absolute minimum your body can have a day to maintain itself is 1200-1400!. Your calorie intake is proabably around 700ish!. So unless you want to have a heart attack in a month by eating this way everyday you better up your calories!. The best way to stay slim and have high metabolism is to eat a few small meals a day, like some fruit for breakfast with oatmeal, followed by a snack of string cheese with some deli meat, then a salad for lunch that has boiled eggs for protien, then another snack of an apple, then supper have mixed vegetables with lean pork or baked chicken!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes!. and the fact that you counted gum sounds a little obsessive!. I watch what I eat but wouldn't count gum or water into my calories!. Actually I don't know anyone who has so make sure you take care of yourself and consider taking a multi vitamin!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with Bo!. AND eating too few cals (-1200) in a day will actually slow your metabolism down, too!.!.!.which means if you ever start eating more, you'll prolly store it as fat!.
