Question: Legs!?!!?!!?!?!!?!!?
Why is it sooo hard to lose weight in your legs!? I simply cannot lose weight in my legs, I have been trying to tone them and the rest of me is improving!. I have even lost most of my belly fat before my legs!?! What can I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is a common problem for many people!. Your genes seem to be working against you!. You can try different types of exercise that may tone you versus taking weight off your legs!. Its very hard to isolate one area during cardio to lose weight!.!.!.when you run or walk, you work the entire body!. Maybe you can do more squats and lunges without added weight!. This can isolate them and possibly give you the results you need!. Keep in mind that genetics may play a huge part in this! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello! I used to have the exact same problem, but last year I decided to do something radical and have them liposuctioned!. They took four litres of fat out of my legs (that's the size of two big bottles of coke!) and I have never looked back!. Contrary to popular belief, when you have lipo the fat will never come back in that area, although you can, of course, gain it back in other places!.
Of course, this is a very radical solution!. But it worked for me and I feel so much better about myself! Other than that, try to eliminate dairy from your diet as well as fizzy drinks, because that helps with cellulite!.

get a mountain bike and ride trails that are over 10 miles

u will get some fat free legs i guarantee it

only down side is that some trails are pretty intense with all sorts of challenges

Try cutting back on the complex carbohydrate intake and increase your protein intake!. Also doing more leg exercises should help!. Interval training really helps in building leg muscle and developed muscle will increase efficiency when burning fat calories!. Best of luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

besides cardio like running u need to do calf and thighs resistance training!.!.!.for which!.!.u can do leg pushes , lunges , squats!.!.!.!.!.u will be all setWww@Answer-Health@Com
