Please Help !?

I need some answers I want to know why skipping meals does not help with weight loss I skip meals because it seems like eating 3 meals a day is to much and will not help me lose weight. Please only intelligent answers.

well because your body needs that food to help break down and it also helps your metabolism and your body really needs that and besides it will make you sick if you don't treat your body right so please start eating 3 meals again it is good for you and lose weight the right way eat healthy don't eat when your not hungry and don't eat large portions and EXERCISE people forget that is the right way to lose weight i lost 29 pounds and Jenny Craig did not help lol so try it good luck
