Can I survive (healthily) on these foods long term?!

Question: Can I survive (healthily) on these foods long term!?
Hi, I'm starting a bodybuilding diet, as well as trying to eat cheap, and I've decided to stick with a few main foods:

baked beans (in ham sauce) canned
tuna in springwater (canned)

both these foods are canned, and i'm especially concered with the baked beans because i know they would have some kind of presertives or whatever added to them, also the tuna I heard has a lot of mercury or magnesium or something, so how would these two affect me long term (if i eat say 7 baked bean cans and 1 tuna can each day)!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why take the risk!? I like sushi, but its not recommended to eat more than one serving of tuna a week, because of mercury, so eat other lean meats as well, try chicken, shrimp!. I suspect that you are eating this way because you don't know how to cook !? If so, you can buy frozen bags of cooked shrimp!. As for chicken, you can buy frozen bags of chicken, then just bake it in a baking dish with some water in it at 350 for 30 minutes!. Season it first with any grill seasons!. As for the beans!. Buy beans not in the sauce, add some lime juice, cumin for flavor, look up easy bean recipes too, its go to beat eating the same thing every day! There are a lot of bean salad recipes with veggies in it too, just lower the amount of oil you add!. I've made them with as little as 1T oil with the lime juice, you'll never miss the oil (you need some olive oil in your diet, its got mono-unsaturated fats in it, its good for you)!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Canned food is never good for you long term!.!.!.too many preservatives!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
