Question: Help me to improve my blood!?
i have 7!.5% of haemoglobin content in my blood!.i've got to raise it to 12 or 13!.suggest me some vegetarian foods apart from dry fruits,green leafy vegetables ,carrot which helps me get quick improvement!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There really is no way to increase your hemoglobin via vegetables!. You would need iron (FE) products such as red meat!.

Ummm, I guess the only other technical way to raise your hemoglobin (without taking Ferrous sulfate/iron pills) is to stop drinking water and dehydate yourself (we're talking several days)!. But that is kinda dangerous and also bad for your skin and other vital organs (you know the brain is made up of 70% water)!.

Yes it is difficult sometimes to raised your Hb when you are not a "meat eater" but it's not impossible!

I suggest you look at beans and pulses these are quite high in Iron, also bread and wholegrain cereals!.

Avoid drinking caffiene around meal times, a drink something like orange juice with Vit C which can help you absorb the Iron!.

Finally, did they do other iron tests such as ESR, Ferritin and TBC!?
