How can I blend powders in milk without a blender?!

How can I blend powders in milk without a blender?

I want to mix a heavy powder in milk and I don't have a blender. I used a fork and it left alot of noticeable lumps.


Answers:

If you can afford heavy powders (I'm assuming protein supplements) then you can afford a blender.
