Watch what you put in your tummy, and don't eat after 7:00 if possible!. This along will help you shed pounds!.

Of course, excercising will help!. Cardio!

Losing weight is not something that will be a quick and easy thing to do, or else America would be a lot skinnier!.

Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and take vitamins!. I would also join a gym or use a billy blanks DVD or something!. Thats what I am doing and I get married in June!. I started about a month ago and have gone down a pants size!. I would also do crunches and different ab exercises!. You can go for walks or ride a bike!. Basically just stay active!. Walking around the mall helps too!. Dont eat any fast food and drink lots of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cut out the sweats and exercise a little more!. If you're only a little overweight that should help!. And don't get caught up on how much you weigh!. If you really need a metric to gauge your progress, try measurements (hips, waist, etc) instead of the scale!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can run, do push ups, crunches, lunges to get your body in shape over just losing pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
