Asthenia <3,

I actually think your calories are right on, since you are doing a decent amount of exercise!. I will say that you need to do a little more resistance training, but otherwise I think you're doing fine!.

Hope this helps,

Hey, you sound like a candidate for anorexia if I've ever heard of one!. Your weight is fine for your height, so why are you killing yourself with a diet that doesn't give you enough nutrients and a workout routine that would exhaust a racehorse!? Slow down and think!. You need to help yourself, by seeing yourself as perfectly all right the way you are!. You also need to eat lots of vegetables and not worry about the calories they contain, especially dark green leafy veggies!. Your workout is so strenuous that it will easily burn what you eat, so give yourself a break!. Take better care of yourself by eating right, and the calories will take care of themselves!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
