I ran 5 miles today. but i ate...not so great. will that affect my toning/weight!


Question: I ran 5 miles today!. but i ate!.!.!.not so great!. will that affect my toning/weight loss!?
i ate around 1600 calories!.
but i had pizza at cici's so i had about 30 grams of fat or something!.!.plus what i had earlier throughout the day!.!.!.it was healthy stuff throughout the day but it was probably lik 45 grams of fat!.!.im just really guessing on that!.
but i ran 5 miles, 300 crunches, and the machines at the gym!.

so i guess i burned about 500 cals!?
but did i have so many fat grams that my workout will literally mean nothing and show no difference on my body!? this was the farthest ive ran so i really need to know if my workout even did anything at all for me!.

As long as you don't make pizza eating a habit but only do it once in a while you will be OK!.

Yes, I think as long as you aren't going for pizza everday and it is only a one time thing it is ok!. You may be a little overweight right now for your height, but keep working hard and I know you can reach your goal (whatever that is):]
