So I already have a big butt, If I do squats and lunges will that help shape it out!? I don't want it to change its size I just want to round and shape it out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, lunges and squats!. Doing lunges and squats will help the butt remain its normal size, yet tone and lift!. Adding a small amount of weight, such as 5 lbs barbells on each side is even better!. Dont add much more weight then that though!. Also, the stairclimber and stair stepper really get the butt into shape and lift it up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, they're probably the two best exercises you could do for them!. They'll also shape up your thighs and calves nicely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
