Is this anorexia? or what?!


Question: Is this anorexia!? or what!?
when i look in the mirror i see the BIGGEST blob ever!. or when i feel my stomach i just wanna run! but i was taking pictures of my stomach and its flat!. im 5' 4" and i weigh 115!.!.!. all my friends say im skinny but for some reason i dont believe them, i know im not fat but i just see this fat girl in the mirror!. and its not like im starving myself, i eat like there is no tomorrow! i probably eat 6 meals a day lol! i just wanna know, whats in my head and why i feel this way! if it makes more sence to tell u guys that for the last 2 years ive went from 180 to 115! please, no rude comments!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to be like that when I was skinny, I still found flaws, now I weigh more & look back at those pictures & wish I was that skinny again, but I'm losing the right way now through diet and exercise!. I was anorexic when I was young and it really screwed up my metabolism and now I'm paying for it!. Don't be too hard on yourself!. If you're not starving yourself, how did you lose so much weight!? Did you lose it in a healthy way!? Do you binge/purge or overexercise or take laxatives!? If you are harming yourself in any of those ways then you have an eating disorder, if you just have a distorted perception of yourself it's really low self esteem and you need to try to change your thinking and listen to all your friends saying you're skinny, they're not lying, you are!Www@Answer-Health@Com

no you are not anorexic, most girls/women have a problem with what they see in the mirror!. no matter how many times you tell yourself your not fat, does not mean you believe it!. if you did believe it they way you perceive yourself in the mirror is going to change!.

about the weight thing, you probably have a fast metabolism and your just burning off everything you eat!. again it may not be that, i would ask your doctor if you are really concerned about your weight loss!.

It sounds like you might be!. Try focusing on your positive points!. I know a woman who has inspiring notes and goals to herself all over her house!. In her bathroom, for example, one note might say, "I am a worthy person," or "I am beautiful," or "Say something nice to someone today!." Also, if you have any skinny women-magazines around, or watch a lot of tv/movies with skinny women, then get rid of them and stop watching them!. When you are surrounded by that kind of image, you won't be satisfied with yourself no matter what you do!.
Your diet of 6 meals a day sounds normal!. I hear that is good for boosting a metabolism!. Make sure you are eating healthy and exercising!.
Also, according to the national heart, lung and blood institute, your body mass index (body-fat ratio) is very normal!. Take this to heart when you feel like you are fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
