Am I working out too much?!


Question: Am I working out too much!?
I lift weights on Sun, Tues, and Thurs for about an hour or more!.
I jog about 3!.2 miles on Mon, Wed, and Fri!. It takes me 36 minutes to complete!. Then I do ab workouts after!.
On Saturdays I rest!.

I eat small meals through out the day and I drink plenty of water!.

I'm seeing results but I'm worried that I might be putting too much stress on my muscles!.

No actually I think you are doing just fine!. As long as you change up your work outs and work different muscle groups, you should be o!.k!.

that's not nearly enough are you kidding

if you want real results then you have to work much longer

run for at least an hour

lift weights for two hours every other day

set saturday aside for ab workouts

do atleast one thousand sit ups
plus all the other work out routinesWww@Answer-Health@Com

You are doing fine!. You should try and mix up your workouts so you don't put the strain on the same muscles over and over again though!.!.hope I could help!Www@Answer-Health@Com
