Will i lose weight this way....?

i ate about 1000 - 1200 calories today and they were mostly from fruit (but i DID have some protein too- some tuna) and i rode a stationary bike for 30 minutes and took a 15 minute walk. i'm planning on doing 20 minutes of pilates tonight- if i keep it up how much will i lose in a week?

Well, you'll definitely burn more calories than you'll consume!

Be sure to eat a well-rounded diet. I would add veggies and whole grain. Milled flax seed is a good and inexpensive option to add. Also, be sure to drink the right amount of water.

Note that you may lose inches before you lose weight. That is because muscle is more dense (heavier) than fat. Gaining muscle and losing inches is the goal.

Be aware that if you eat mostly fruit, you may experience spikes and drops in your blood sugar. That won't feel good and you'll crave more food. Eat from all food groups in moderation and avoid high sugar, high fat foods!
