Soy does contain some calcium, but in a form less easily utilized than that in dairy or other source!. Some is also fortified with extra calcium for that reason!. You will just have to read the label on yours to find out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Calcium fortified soy milk contains roughly the same amount of calcium as dairy milk!.

Instead of dairy milk lactose free milk is another option!. You can get lactose free milk at major supermarkets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are getting So-Good soy milk, the full fat type is really lumpy for some reason, so you would have to get the 98% fat tree one to get no lumps, but it wouldnt be very nutritious!.!.!.
