Question: I have been tryning to lose 20 lbs!. What kind of excersizing should i do!?!?
I have tried the running and it helps but not as quickly as i would hope!. Anyone with any good ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!. Do the cardiac exercise i!.e!. running, biking, and anything that gets you to sweat a lot and you can do it for long time!.
you should be running/biking for MORE than at least 45 mins!.
for first 30 mins you burn carbohydrates then you start burning fat!.
And once you get back to eating, you get those carbohydrate back so easily and replace some of the fat!. so i'll suggest high protein diet!.

(i did NOT say ONLY protein but high protein diet)!. if you want to lose weight faster then limit your meals to smaller portion!.

So in other words!.!.first 30 mins of your exercise everyday is just to reach to a level to start burning fat!. The longer you will go from that 30 mins, the more fat you will burn!.

Do keep Gatorade or similar kind of drink if you are planning on running for 1h or longer!. (water only will not do, you will need electrolyte replacement as well)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day!.
do not snack
do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat!.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )

Depends on where you want to lose it!. If its off your legs then do leg workouts!. If its off your arms do push ups or dips!. If its on your stomach do leg lifts and crunches!. Running helps but tightening up the muscles will tighten the skin and thats what makes people look skinny!.

20 Lbs is gonig to be hard to lose in a quick and healthy way!. My suggestion is to rotate running/jogging/walking for two miles a day, lift light weights with lots of reps!. Cut down your calorie intake to about 1200 and stay away from Alcohol, Diet Sodas, Soda and empty calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

an exercise bike, it takes off more weight then it adds in muscle, i do 10-15 miles a day and i lose about 1-2lbs a day (Y)Www@Answer-Health@Com
