What are some good excercises to lose leg fat?

i have chubby calves n i need to make them skinnner ASAP! whut can i do....NO PILLZ

okay, to start off do some leg lifts. sit on the floor while you're watching Tv or something and place your hands under your butt and slightly lift your legs and keep them there for a certain period of time. if you have never done these before i'd start out with doing them each night and hold the lift for at least 10 seconds. make sure you count really slow too, do not count fast it will mess it up.
if you don't want to do leg lifts then curl your legs every night. maybe put some weights on the back of your calf and lift up and down while your lieing on your stomach.
but what ever you do make sure you do not over do it in one sitting. make sure you do them every night so them you will see results within a certain time period.
if your family has "cubby calves" then i would suggest running even though you dont want to. walk on the tredmill if you have one, that works. i got my thighs in good shape with the tredmill. ask your doctor for more information if this didn't help, and you need more exercises.
