How do I lose about 30 lbs? I am 19 and I dance a lot for excercise.?
I would also like some good food answers because I'm on the verge of becoming anorexic and I don't want to have to starve myself just to lose weight. I've lost only about 2 lbs in a months time. I want to lose like 3 every week.
If anyone knows what other things I could do to help the weight loss. I tried Trimspa, but it only made me hyper, which really didn't help.
If everything else fails, I'm going to do whatever mean necessary, so please help me out guys. Thanx!

eat 5-6 meals a day (300-350 calories each, every 2-3 hours)
eat salads twice a day
cut out all junk food and sugar
limit ur intake of bread (and try to eat bread only in the morning hours)
increase ur fruit and veggie intake and lower portions of other foods
drink green tea
keep dancing!!!
