Question: Would this be unhealthy!?
Tommorw I'm gonna eat half of a small round cake!. Its gonna be chocolate!. Then on Saturday I'm gonna eat another cake maybe half of it!. Also I might get chips too and ice cream or candy!.

What's wrong!? You want to feel good about what you know is bad for you!. You can go ahead and eat what you like but you must pay the price!. A woman I once dated was sick all the time!. She was trying to live on pop and chips!. I told her she would feel better if she ate something neutritious!. She got mad and said I was making her feel guilty!. It was not my intent to maker feel guilty only to feel better!. Too much sweets made her a sour person to be around!. You choose - between gratifying taste at the expense of feeling good or denying taste to choose something better that will make your whole life better both now and in the long run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
