Exercise Routines?
I was just curious to want routines people esp. women use when exercising. I don't have any kind of machinery and hate going to the gym. So tell me, what do you do at home??
Answers:
I recommend "I Want That Body!" by Tamilee Webb to all women (and men). That has strength and toning exercises for arms, abs, and buns (which actually work out the entire body and not just those places). Strength training should be done 2-3 days a week. As for cardio, a lot of girls I know like dance fitness videos because they're FUN!
