Does Tuna Fish Have Omega 3 Fatty Acids?!

Question:

Does Tuna Fish Have Omega 3 Fatty Acids?

I love to eat tuna fish. But I was wondering if it is filled with omega 3 fatty acids like other fish is?

Answers:

It has some, yes, but fewer than salmon or sardines. Canned tuna is a little better for you because it has less mercury, but it'll also have a little less omega-3. If you're looking to get more omega-3, try flax seeds or flax seed oil. Also, some eggs like eggland's best have it. Also, Barilla Plus pasta is a multi-grain pasta with groud flax seed, so it also has some omega-3. Other meats and seafood (shrimp) have some too.
