Need Weight Loss Advice FAST !?

I'm 5'0 an about 190 pounds. I used to be 125 pounds about 3 yrs ago. I had a death in the family and I think thats how I put on the weight. I've never worked out before and always used to eat junk/fast food. I was naturally fit. I need help on what type of foods to start eating and maybe a good diet plan. I have a gym in my basement so therefore I will be doing cardio.

My wife and I are going through this right now. Just go through your pantry or whatever you have and look at all the bad food you have like chips, soda, or whatever. Make what we like to call a "bad" list which is basically food that is off-limits the next time you go to the store. Replace it with food that has low calories. All the south beach diet food is great that are in the stores like those cereal bars and stuff. If you cut back on your junkfood and work out a few days a week, you will be sitting pretty. :)
