My brother turned 18 and I had two large slices of chocolate cake! Now what do I do?

Skip Lunch and Dinner
Excessive Exercise

Nope -- just go back to your regular diet and exercise program. Don't exercise more today or tomorrow than you normally would. The key to losing weight is CONSISTENCY. If you fall off the horse (so to speak), just get right back on and act as if it never happened.

Truth be told, an occasional cheat is good for the body when you're on a diet. This keeps your metabolism from slowing down because it believes you're being starved.
