Honestly, I don't see how 5 beers a week is going to ruin your diet!. 5 beers a day won't help you at all, but a week that is about 500 extra calories, not even 100 calories a day!. Trust me I am a mom of 3 kids and sometimes I just need to have a beer to calm my nerves!. I wouldn't worry about it, as long as you are eating healthy and don't relapse the drinking problem yu had pre-baby you will be fine!. Everyone needs to unwind some way or another and having a new baby can be pretty stressful!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are on a diet then you should only be drinking skim milk, water, and 4 oz of juice a day; nothing else!. Beer and pop that even are light or diet are going to make you retain water and gain weight!. You can't just be strict about your food and then drink alcohol, this is alcoholic behavior and if you feel like you need this so badly that you will restrict your other food intake so you can compensate for it and still lose weight then you need to be seen!. No one should need to drink when they have a 6 week old, anyways!. You should be blissfully happy with your baby right now, and shouldve been done drinking during pregnancy so this is what they call a good time to quit!. And you put your baby on formula so you could drink!. Sounds like you need to get some help and right away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is about 500 extra empty calories a week!. It's not defeating your diet but it will set you back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it will give you a puffed up unhealthy look!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
