Did i do good eating today? also, how much weight will i lose if i keep it up?!


Question: Did i do good eating today!? also, how much weight will i lose if i keep it up!?
i ate !.!.!.

a chewie bar = 100 calories

mcdonalds salad with some light italian dressing = 230 calories (too much!?)

2 cups of tea (with splenda sugar, & lowfat milk) = about 50 calories(!?)

tiny bit of noodles with cheese, spinach, and meatloaf!.
with a cup of tea with regular sugar & milk


also i ran for 25 minutes, not straight running!.!.!.!. stopping and walking for a couple seconds then starting back up again!.


did i do good!? if not, any tips!?

and also, will i lose any weight by doing this!? i've been doing it for the past 3 days, and keeping a journal of what i eat, also counting calories!.

1 pound of fat is about 3500 calories!. Your body will burn about 2000 calories a day just to survive!. Any activity will add to the 2000 calories your resting body burns!. So assuming you consumed about 380 calories plus the spinach meatloaf stuff, lets say 300 calories more so total of 680 calories!. and you ran for about 25 minutes so you burned and extra 300 calories maybe!. So

2000 calories + 300 calories for the run = 2300 burned calories!.

Calorie intake
680 calories

2300 calories - 680 calories = 1620 calories burned today

3500 calories in a pound of fat - 1620 calories burned = 1880

You lost about 1/2 pound of fat today!.

That is about 3 pounds a week and 12 pounds a month!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Add about 3-5 bottles of water through out the day
fresh fruit too

you should add strengthto the cardio!.!.!.like push ups and sit ups

how much weight you'll lose depends on what you weight now and how much running you continue to do

yeah for sure u will lose weight!.!. but i am not happy with u not eating enough protein!.!. u need more protein then that!.!. right now u are only eating good carbs!.!. healthy carbs, but u need protein! that helps u stay leaner and strong!.!.!. add atleast 2 protein servings in there!.!.!. u can even take out some carbs and add the protein in so u do not over eat!.!.!.

Way to go! You are well on your way to losing weight! It does look like you are eating super lite so be careful not to starve yourself!. An active human needs a minimum of at least 1,000 barely stay alive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat more food, you're lacking protein in your diet!. Eat meals not just little snacks!. A good meal would be chicken, brown rice, and veggies, Also salads from mcdonalds aren't really healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Youre eating plan is okay!. It could be better though!. Make sure you have an actual breakfast!. It kickstarts your metabolism and helps you burn for the rest of the day!. So I'd suggest eating some muesli and yoghurt or some fruit!. The rest of the day was fairly good!. Also most of the calories in the salad would have come from the dressing and no its not too many calories as the food you ate that was in the salad is good for you!. Also, tea is quite good for you but make sure you start drinking more water (at least 2L per day)!. It helps to flush your system and keep you healthy!

The way your exercising is also good!. Studies have shown that your more likely to lose weight if you run in intervals like you do!. For example, brisk walk for one minute and then run as hard as you can for two!. Id add at least another half an hour of exercise though!. Perhaps going to the gym, taking up a sport, dancing around your room even!

It is very likely you wil lose weight doing what youre doing and keeping a journal is great!. It keeps you motivated and allows you to keep a record of what youre doing right!. Keep up the good work!Www@Answer-Health@Com
