How do i loose alot of body fat?!


Question: How do i loose alot of body fat!?
I've got alot of fat on my gut,legs,and upper body!.

I'm willing to stop all the junk food, give up anything close to beer,
and start working out with a tredmill!.

I'm 6' 0" and i "think" i'm about 160-200lbs im not sure, i have nothing to weigh myself with!. And i've got a real tight budget!.

what kinda diet should i start on, and how long would it take to slim down just a little(with the tredmill 7 times a week for 30 mins!?)Www@Answer-Health@Com

The diet that has worked for me is to cut my caloric intake down 500 calories a day!. Start burning atleast 300 calories a day in walking!. And eating veggies, fruit, whole grains, leafy greens, seeds, and low fat dairy!. 8 glasses of water a day with lemon in it!. Cut out fried food, fast food, sugary food, and white flour!. I eat more lean meat and fish with veggies being the bigger portions!. it takes 3500 calories to lose one pound so this is the formula I use!.

2000 cals for body to sustain life!.
1500 cals consumed in day!.
2000-1500=500 cals burned
500+300cals burned from walking=800cals burned in one day!.
800 x 7 days = 5600 cals burned in week
5600/3500=1!.64 pounds burned in week!.

Don't eat less than 1200 calories a day and don't burn more than 2!.5 pounds in a week!. Change up your excersize every day and keep small goals!. Say only five pounds at a time until you reach your ideal weight!. Ive lost five pounds in three weeks!. But i have lost forty pounds in 6 months before on this diet and kept it off for four years until a failed pregnancy and an abusive bf!. So, good luck to the both of us!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Normally you should consume 2000 cals per day, but if ur trying to lose weight go down to around 1500 cals!. Eat carbs and cut satuarated fat and exersice alot :D!.!.!. It's the way to success :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

Okay!.!.!.for me!.!.this is what I do!. NO SODA except on weekends!.!.!.I'll have one or two!. You'll drop a lot of weight just by cutting out soda!. Drink lots and lots of water! If you're tired of water!.!.!.get some of those flavor packets to put in it!. Cut you're calorie intake down!. Eat 4-5 small meals a day!. Don't overeat on Carbs!.!.!.but do eat some!. It'll help you when you're exercising to not be so tired!. You should not go over 45 mins when doing cardio!.!.!.atleast that is what my trainer told me!. Also!.!.!.mix in some light weight training with your cardio routine!. This will burn fat and tone what you have as well!. The more muscle you have!.!.!.the more calories you burn!. Eat fruit and veggies!. I tend to find that when I diet I have really low blood sugar so when I wake up in the morning I feel like I'm about to pass out!.!.!.so before I go to bed I drink one of those Juicy Juices that you buy kids!. It has 22grams of sugar in it!.!.!.but it's natural sugar and it helps when I'm feeling kind of week!. EAT BREAKFAST!.!.!.this will jump start your metabolism for the whole day!.
