im going on a small diet to lose my belly and love handles but i want to be a healthy weight and was wondering what i should weight i was thinking between 100-110!?

Keep in mind that regardless of your height, you may be healthy at 115 and 130 depending on your body structure!. If you are athletic and thin, you may actually weigh more than a friend that is the same height and doesn't have muscle mass!.

As long as you eat properly and get enough nutrients and vitamins in your body, that followed by simple doctors blood test to make sure you are all good, you should be okay!.

Remember, that sometimes skinny people aren't healthy at all!. By getting a blood work, you can determine if you need the diet or just simple exercise!.

Go onto a BMI Calculator to calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI)!. You put in your weight and height and it tells you whether you're overweight, ideal weight etc!. I should stress it is only a guide, but it does tend to be helpful in telling you what you should weigh roughly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
