Is VitaminWater really good for the body??!

Is VitaminWater really good for the body??

I drink alot of Vitaminwater instead of regular water, so I was just wondering if maybe I just stick to regular water??


Answers:

it is not the best for you, but it is not bad either. I treat it like soda, so maybe I'll one a day and drink water the rest of the time. VitaminWater does have a lot of vitamins, do drinking it is not horrible...better than soda i'll tell you
