Bench Press?!
Question:
Bench Press?
My max bench press is 270 which I did two weeks ago. And I've been working hard to get it higher. What is better to raise my max, bench less reps more weight, or bench more reps less weight?

A mixture of both. I read an excellent 10 week program on M&F magazine. First determine what your max is. Ok, we know it's 270. For 3 weeks bench with 85 percent of your max. For the next 3 weeks bench with 90 percent of your max. For the next 3 weeks bench with 95 percent of your max. On the 10th week attempt a one rep maximum.
