If I lost 50 pounds, would I have loose skin?!

Question: If I lost 50 pounds, would I have loose skin!?
Answers:
Everyone is different!. It depends on your own skin elasticity!. However, I have heard that the slower you loose the weight and if your exercises along with your diet plan, you generally would have less loose skin to deal with!. I know fast weight loss is the reason for some excess skin after weight loss!.

I'm not a doctor but I've done alot of searching on this subject!.
My best to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that depends on factors like:

the length of time that you have been overweight!. typically the older the person is the less elasticity there is in the dermis!.

what % 50 lbs is of your total bodyweight!. the higher the percentage the more increased risk!.

the rate of fat loss!. slower fat loss allows the skin to recover at a much healthier rate than with starvation diets and weight loss surgery (bariatric, etc!.)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am not sure but i dont think so, it maybe depend on where you lose the fat!. its more if you lose a hundred pounds or more that you have loose skin!. i hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

it depends how old you are and how fast you loose it!.
You need to do it slow 2-3 lbs a week so your body can re- adjust!. and the older you are the harder it is for your body to tighten up!.!.
