Is 17% body fat a lot?!


Question: Is 17% body fat a lot!?
ppl say its unhealthy but i dont know if its too low or too high!.!.!.!.!.i hav alwayz been self conciouss of my weight and people telling me im unhealthy doesnt make it better

I work out 30 min - 1 hr and 30 min a day (dancing/softball/basketball)

i am 14
im 5"3

That's low for a girl, the norm is about 25% for a girl becuase she has so much extra normal body fat compared to a guy [breasts, butt, and hips] tend to retain more fat naturally!. And don't worry, that is exactly what you should be and don't let anyone call you fat, you do three sports, and work out , you are not only fit, but you are healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No not at all! Your weight seems pretty heavy your height but since you work out a lot and have a pretty low percentage body fat then it must be all muscle since you work out a hell of a lot!. I'm jealous ^_^
