Question: How to get and keep a 6 pack!?
Well, im 16, I'm 6"0", and I weigh about 160 pounds!. I just recently set a self goal to lose some weight and get fit!. Mostly, Im trying to get a six pack!. Now I know their hard to get and maintain, but I'm willing to do what it takes!. If you could give me some tips on how many situps or crunches to do daily and some good diet and food to eat, it would be much appreciated! Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com
