U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don't eat upto 2 hrs before bed check this site for article on lazy way to lose weight, high protein diet and fibre and more fibre this should get you startedWww@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't matter what time you eat!. What determines weight loss is the amount of calories you eat in total!. There are no set rules, you have to find what works best for you!. Eat so that you don't feel starving hungry at any point, but your stomach has at least 3 hours between meals to digest the food!.
Losing 4 inches from your belly at the age of 13 is a really bad idea!. Your body needs the fat to grow, and it will naturally be burned off as you go through puberty!. If you diet now, then you will not grow or develop properly!. Concentrate on eating healthy, and as long as you are not overweight, you will be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dear, you should not be worried about weight at 13!. Unless, the doctor has said you are over weight; and if that is so, you need to talk to your doctor about a diet plan!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The timing of your meals is based upon when you exercise and when you go to sleep and wake up every day!. It is recommended that you exercise in the morning (first thing) then you eat AFTERWARDS because it is hard to exercise on a full stomach!. The same thing goes for dinner!. Try to exercise first and then eat dinner!. What time that people told you about breakfast is wrong because it depends upon whether you exercise in the morning!. You need breakfast in the morning for school for your brain to function properly!. It is the most important meal of the day!. If you eat later than 7:00 PM and then go to bed within 2 hours after that, most of those calories that you consumed will not be expended!.

The rule of thumb is to -
1!.) Eat like a king at breakfast
2!.) Eat like a prince at lunch
3!.) Eat like a pauper at dinner

Remember to drink a lot of water while you exercise!. An 16!.9 ounce water bottle should be fine!.

On what to eat, that is really up to you and how active you are!. It is important to be concerned about a HEALTHY lifestyle at ANY age where this becomes an issue!. This is only an issue if you go to a medical doctor and they tell you that you have a weight problem!.

The most important thing is to eat healthy rather than diet!. You do not need to go to a doctor to explain what healthy food is!. If you eat healthy, then there is no need to worry about weight loss!. You can eat 3-6 meals a day and still be healthy and at your correct weight!. It depends upon what you eat, how much of it, how often you exercise!. Particularly at your age it is very important to eat meals that are nutrition-packed!. I would recommend speaking with the school nurse or your gym teacher about their recommendations for diet!. Also, I've provided some great sources of information on eating right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
